Introducing Shop Online Zambia, the country’s ‘online mall’
The Shop Online Zambia website has been launched as Zambia’s first online shopping mall, so yes, its virtual shopping from some of the shops we see at actual malls. The website has 3 objectives:

- Capture many Zambian companies to trade online giving free registration to establish an online company in the shop online Zambia platform.
- Make Zambians experience shopping online on a 24/7 basis anywhere anytime by giving physical stores an online presence in the shop online Zambia platform .

What payments does it take?
- Browse through the products.
- Filter products based on Shop, Price, Location, Categories.
- Open a product page to know more information such as pick-up policy, refund policy and product description.
- Choose Options under products if a product has many options to buy from.
- Click Add to Cart.
- Enter your personal information
- Select Credit Card / Debit Card or MTN Mobile Money to pay for your goods.
- After successful order payment, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation to your phone number.
- Under your Profile > Order history > you will find your Order Details.
How do you get what you bought?
Take the email receipt which has your invoice and sub-order numbers and go to the shop to pick up your order.
How to become a seller
You have to register to become a seller on the site so you can post your products and deals when you need to, and also to update your stock.
