Airtel Zambia adjusts So Che bonus minutes allocation

Effective 1st August 2016 Airtel Zambia has announced an adjustment in the bonus minutes allocation on its So Che packs, reducing the bonus minutes from 75% to 50% of whatever pack you choose to buy. Previously Airtel had introduced 100% bonus on these packs, but they have come so far down to half of that. The data and SMS allocations in the So Che pack remain unchanged.

Here’s an example, for the K45 weekly bundle that gave me 80 minutes and a bonus of 60 minutes, I now got 80 minutes and 40 minutes. (Yes I finished 14o minutes  talking over 2 days. Don’t judge me.)

Is this something that limits you or it doesn’t matter?

Buying the So Che packs through Airtel Money still gives 100% bonus.
