MTN Zambia today launched its annual Customer Service Week across the country to celebrate its customers. Customer Service Week is a global event to recognize the impact of customer service and celebrate the people who serve and support customers daily.
This year’s theme is ‘Celebrate Service’, which seeks to promote the importance of strong customer service relationships in achieving business success and our reaffirmation to our commitment to excellent service.
Speaking at the launch of Customer Service week held at the MTN Zambia Head Office, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bart Hofker said:
“As we celebrate the Customer Service week, MTN Zambia truly appreciates your support, and we’re so grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us as your number one network provider. With the change that has happened around the world, and the demand for people to now stay connected every minute of our lives, we thank you for your loyalty and honest feedback.”

During the week, MTN Zambia will be holding various activities at its service centers countrywide to engage with customers and thank them for their continued support. These include social media giveaways, cake and chocolate, gifts, and a 100% bonus of the first MoMo Recharge & 777 Gift Offer.
In addition, MYN Zambia shall raise awareness around the vital role customer service plays in successful business practices and growing the economy as well as recognize the input of the various teams who create amazing customer experiences while also appreciating customers for their loyalty.
