Zamtel updates its Chi Coin Chabeba package

Zamtel has updated its Chi Coin Chabeba package – which subscribers can access on *422# – to include the following:

•  Customers can now have both the All-Network and Chabeba offers active at the same time
•  Customers can now have two Chabeba offers active at the same time
• Customers can now have two All-Network packages active at the same time.
• Customers can have more than two different packages active at the same time

Zamtel has said, however, that priority usage of the benefits will be from the All-Network offer if you have both All- network and Chabeba: 

• If two of the same packages are active at the same time, usage will be based on validity of the package.
• The offers are not cumulative and as such when you check your balance it will be displayed as per active offer.
• Validity of a package will not be extended by the purchase of another offer.
