The USSD application can be used by any mobile user on any Zambian network, free of charge. It is suitable for both existing Unity clients, and prospective new clients. Existing clients can check their balances, amend their personal details, or report issues. Prospective new clients can get information about Unity – from loan requirements to branch locations – as well as get contact information.
Most importantly, any user can request to be contacted, and the Unity Finance call centre (+260 211 360 600) will respond to the client in real time.
