MultiChoice Zambia has announced the launch of its mobile applications MyDStv and MyGOtv. The launch of the apps is aimed at giving more control to the customers with an improved experience by increasing and optimizing touchpoints across the customer lifecycle.
MultiChoice Zambia Chief Customer Officer Ms. Leah Kooma said Multichoice Africa Holdings constantly embarks on various initiatives to improve overall customer experience, through innovations that are aimed at increasing and optimizing touch-points.
