MTN Zambia has launched a new High-Value Customer proposition called MTN UniK at what has been described as an unforgettable product launch event. MTN Zambia unveiled its new proposition with a “Wonderland experience” surrounded by glitz and glam with a room full of decision-makers, influencers, and entrepreneurs.
UNIK is a new Customer Value Proposition with offerings that provides its highly valued customers with a unique and competitive product on the market.
MTN UNIK comes with bundles that are designed for customers who require a large amount of data and minutes for their electronic communication gadgets, and who use these data services for different purposes such as business, travel, and entertainment. The UNIK Bundles come in different price points and offer attractive resources such as minutes and MBs with varying validity. The target audience for UNIK Bundles is high-value customers, entrepreneurs, and businesses.
Commenting on the new roll-out of the “UNIK”, MTN Zambia Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bart Hofker hailed the new initiative by MTN Zambia as offering customers a better “connected experience.”
Also speaking at the launch, MTN Zambia Chief Consumer Officer, Richard Acheampong expressed his excitement for the new value proposition which will allow customers to enjoy various new services and benefits that MTN Zambia UniK has to offer.
Members of MTN UNIK can access the services of a personal assistant and enjoy priority services and call routing to call centers and loyalty rewards that are currently accessible on the smart saver platform shops across the country. Customers of MTN UniK can also access the MTN UniK Card which can be used to access various benefits including discounts at shops. Currently, holders of MTN UniK cards can enjoy a 15% discount when they visit the Busy Bee Barbershop and salon located at Roma Park, Lusaka.
