Apply now for the MTN Mobile Tech Bootcamp in November

Solution Space at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business, was created in partnership with MTN to help create a place where young innovators could create and grow their ideas or products. This year they are hosting a mobile tech bootcamp where startups in the tech sector can share their ideas that have possible integration into the telecoms sector in Africa.

“We seek to inspire, nurture and equip the next generation of leaders to build a better future. Through learning, venturing and exchanging, these leaders will turn extraordinary ideas into reality – changing the world around them and challenging others to do the same.” – Solution Space

Who should apply?

“We are looking for startups with focus but not limited to mobile commerce, entertainment, and financial management with potential integration and potential to run proof of concepts pilots with Telcos from across Africa.”

The benefits of this mobile tech bootcamp are that startups get a chance to network, pitch their ideas, learn from mentors, create bigger telh solutions, open up partnerships with relevant societies in order to scale and get funding and resources.

The application deadline is 6th of November and the mobile tech bootcamp will run from 14th November to 16th November 2016 (where they get to pitch at AfricaCom). Finalists to the cohort will be announced on 11th November 2016.
