Because in a world where men have always been considered pioneers of almost everything including women 😊 we cannot afford to lag behind anymore. We are fighting everyday for equal opportunity, equal pay. This all will be useless if we shy from technology. Technology is now the foundation and drive of any innovation you can think of, if GIRLS want to be number one be number one in ICT.

What can Zambia do to help them get to where they want to be in their careers?

STOP stereotyping girls when it comes to technical jobs, we too can climb towers and ladders!!!
